Items for Sale

RMOTC will be selling equipment and materials during the sale of NPR-3. All items to be sold are government personal property and will be listed on this page at time of sale.

Notice: November 1st, 2014. RMOTC will be holding its second and final live auction for the sale of equipment and materials on January 21st, 2015. All remaining equipment and materials located onsite at NPR-3 will be sold through this live auction. The monthly GSA sales have now completed. Office equipment related to the closing of the Casper office will be sold via public online auction through the GSA website, dates and details to be announced.

Announcing January Live Auction

RMOTC's January Sale of Equipment and Materials will be done as a Live Auction. This will be the final live auction and the final sale of remaining equipment and materials located at NPR-3. This sale will be done onsite at NPR-3. Auction services have been awarded to Wiley Real Estate Group, with Kaufman Realty & Auction performing the auction.

This sale includes: 3 Truck Mounted Pulling Rigs (Workover Rigs) & ORS Truck, Heavy Equipment & Rolling Stock, Oil Field Service Items, Welding/Fabrication shop tools, Maintenance & Office furniture and more, over 600 lots will be sold.

All items sell to the highest bidder with NO RESERVE! Everything will be sold!

Directions: From Casper, WY. Follow I-25 north to exit #210 then take WY -259 north 11.5 miles to the entrance of RMOTC/NPR-3. Signs will be posted.

Preview Items Being Sold
RMOTC will hold two preview days for this auction.

• Preview Day One is on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, 10am - 4pm MST.
• Preview Day Two is on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, 10am - 4pm MST.

These preview days will be held onsite at NPR-3 and will be PPE free.

ONLINE AUCTION
Buyers will be able to bid ONLINE for rolling stock and trailers during the Live Auction. This is for rolling stock and trailers ONLY.

The ONLINE AUCTION will begin at 1pm MST on Wednesday January 21st and include 40+ items.

Auction Terms & Conditions

PPE should be worn at all times while on Department of Energy property, No weapons are allowed on site. The Department of Energy, Kaufman Realty & Auctions, Wiley Real Estate Group ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR INJURY THAT MAY OCCUR ON PREMISES.

You will receive ample loading and pick up assistance, BE AWARE THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SATURDAY 24TH AT 4:00 PM. Any items left past the deadline will be forfeited!!

ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS MUST NOTIFY AUCTIONEER 14 DAYS BEFORE COMING ON SITE AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.

The assets will be sold on the day of the auction to the highest bidder that has the cash, good check and/or credit card available to immediately close the sale that day. After successful sale of the assets, the successful buyer will have up to 72 hours of the completion of the auction to remove the purchased assets. Time is certainly of the essence when producing the sale, as well as the speedy removal of sale items from the property. We have several contacts for transportation in the intermountain area that specialize in heavy haul and are DOT compliant as well as carriers with oilfield hauling experience for items both large and small. Any items not collected during this period, will be removed by Contractor and become the property of the Contractor. Contractor will resale the items and retain the funds and/or use the funds to pay for the transportation service to remove the items after the 72 hour timeframe.
