After successful sale of the assets, the successful buyer will have up to 72 hours of the completion of the auction to remove the purchased assets. Time is certainly of the essence when producing the sale, as well as the speedy removal of sale items from the property. Any items not collected during this period, will be removed by Contractor and become the property of the Contractor. Contractor will resale the items and retain the funds and/or use the funds to pay for the transportation service to remove the items after the 72 hour timeframe.
