NEPA Categorical Exclusions

The proposed action falls under  the implementation of the Site Wide Environmental Assessment DOE-1583 and one or more of the categorical exclusions (CXes) listed in Appendix A or B of  Subpart D of the  and would not violate applicable ES&H requirements or adversely affect environmentally sensitive resources. Additionally, the proposed action  would not present any significant impact upon the human environment, and is not connected to other actions with potentially significant impacts.
