Doug Tunison has over 17 years experience in federal project, facilities, and contract management. Currently the manager of technical services for RMOTC, Doug manages energy-related project development, planning, execution, and technology transfer activities. Prior to coming to RMOTC in 1996, Doug served as a Civil Engineer Corps officer for the U.S. Navy. Doug holds a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Kansas and an MS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
