Joe Rochelle has been associated with the Naval Petroleum and Oil Shale Reserves since 1988. He served as the Director of Engineering overseeing projects at the Naval Petroleum Reserve #3 and at the Naval Oil Shale Reserves in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. As a Project Manager for DOE, Joe holds an A.S. in Geology from Casper College, a B.S. in Geology, a B. S. in Petroleum Engineering, and an M.B.A. from the University of Wyoming. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wyoming. Prior to joining RMOTC, he worked for Terra Resources, Marathon Oil, and Union Pacific.
