Joe Rochelle has been associated with the Naval Petroleum and Oil Shale Reserves since 1988. He served as the director of engineering overseeing projects at the NPR-3 and at the Naval Oil Shale Reserves in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. As a project manager for DOE, Joe holds an AS in Geology from Casper College, a BS in Geology, a BS in Petroleum Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Wyoming. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wyoming. Prior to joining RMOTC, he worked for Terra Resources, Marathon Oil, and Union Pacific. |
