Public Relations Program Manager

Jim Nations is an accomplished Public Relations Program Manager, with experience in both government and private industry sectors.  Before joining RMOTC, Jim was a Public Involvement Specialist with the Wyoming Department of Transportation, and held public affairs positions with Express/Platte Pipeline, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Oklahoma State University, and Johnson Space Center.  He holds degrees from Casper College and the University of North Dakota in communications/public relations, and an M.S. in Space Studies.
