Public Relations Program Manager

Jim Nations is RMOTC's public relations program manager, with experience in both government and private industry sectors. Before joining RMOTC, Jim was a public involvement specialist with the Wyoming Department of Transportation, and held public affairs positions with Express/Platte Pipeline, NASA?s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Oklahoma State University, and Johnson Space Center. He holds degrees from Casper College and the University of North Dakota in communications/public relations, and an MS in Space Studies.
