Project Engineer

T. Bowler is a project engineer with over 15 years of progressive civil engineering experience, including project management, supervising and management of contractors and employees, geotechnical investigations, drilling, waste water design, subdivision review, and utility design.  He has worked closely with state and national agencies such as OSHA and EPA to ensure project compliance. Prior to joining RMOTC, he worked as a project manager/engineer with PinnacleOne, Navajo County Public Works, and AT&B Consulting in Arizona, and was a field drilling engineer with Science Application International (SAIC) in Nevada.  He holds a BS in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona and has completed numerous technical certification and project management courses.
